I started VR fitness at 60, and after three years, here is what actually changed.

It has now been three years since I started VR fitness.

To be honest, when I first began, I wasn’t sure if I could continue.
I had never liked exercise, and I had given up many times in the past.

But somehow, I kept going.

And before I knew it, three years had passed.

What I Gained

Confidence

The biggest thing I gained is confidence.

I used to think, “I’m not good at exercise.”
But now I can say, “I can keep going.”

That change means a lot to me.

Health

I feel significantly healthier than before.

I no longer have knee pain, and going up and down stairs feels easy.
Even my shoulder stiffness has almost disappeared.

For someone in their 60s, this is a big improvement.

Connection

VR fitness also brought me new connections.

I met people online who enjoy the same games.
Some of them are even better than me, and they motivate me to keep improving.

I also joined communities of VR users over 50, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

My Favorite Apps

For me, rhythm games work the best.

  • Audio Trip

These games make me forget that I am exercising.

Sometimes, when I hear music in daily life, I even imagine the game patterns!

Even small improvements feel rewarding.

Looking Back

VR fitness is no longer just a game or exercise.

It has become a part of my life.

If someone had told me three years ago that I would still be exercising every day, I would not have believed it.

But here I am.

Final Thoughts

You don’t need to be athletic to start VR fitness.

You just need to enjoy it.

And if you can enjoy it, you can continue.

Even after 60.
