About Me
I am a 64-year-old VR fitness enthusiast from Japan.
I started VR fitness at the age of 60 after gaining weight during the COVID pandemic. What began as a simple attempt to stay active has now become part of my daily life.
I enjoy VR fitness apps such as Beat Saber, Synth Riders, Audio Trip, andLES MILLS BODYCOMBAT, and I usually exercise for about an hour every day.
I have never been very good at traditional exercise, but VR made it fun and easy to continue.
Through this blog, I share my real experiences to show that staying active can be enjoyable at any age — even for beginners or those who don’t like exercise.
I hope my journey will inspire you to try VR fitness and discover a new way to stay healthy.
It’s never too late to start something new.
